One of the biggest problems that properties are facing is trying to control and enforce their parking regulations. On January 01, 2007, California Vehicle Code section 22658(a), which is the section that covers private property impounds, changed. It added additional regulations, and made it a criminal offence for not following them.

     Since January 01, 2007, many people, and Security Companies have stopped towing vehicles. As a result, a large number of properties are having a lot of problems, and the parking is getting out of control. We temporarily stopped towing until we were able to check into the new laws. We adjusted our towing program to make sure that we are in compliance with the new laws, and as of February 01, 2007, have now fully resumed our towing enforcement program. We can handle everything from parking permits and property vehicle registration to the actual citing and towing of vehicles which are in violation.

     As previously mentioned, we can help you start a parking permit program. We have custom designed a parking permit which is exclusive to us. We designed it, We control it. Absolutely no one can go out and purchase their own permits, which can, and has, happened from commercial retailers. They are hanging permits and have several anti-counterfeit measures which make them almost impossible to counterfeit. They come with a fully bound tracking log, so you can keep track of who the permits were issued to. There is a fee for these permits, so they belong to the property that they were made for.
