Training is one of the most important tools that an Officer can have. It can make a difference in the way an Officer handles a situation. We have one of the best training programs in the entire state. Our Officers have recieved training from some of the best training facilities in the State. Our Officers also receive constant on-going training as a term of continued employment. 

     Alot of Security Companies talk about the training that their Officers recieve. They mention "powers of arrest" training, a 40 hour training course, State and Federal background checks, Fingerprinting, etc.. What they don't tell you is that the above mentioned training and background checks are required by the State of California to become licensed as a Security Guard. All Security Guards that are properly and legally licensed have recieved that training and passed those background checks. Our training goes above and beyond the training and background checks required by the State of California.

     Our training adds more than 200 (two hundred) hours above and beyond the State of California's required training..
